Three lovely courses of freshly prepared foods suitable for the morning, begins with fresh fruits served with our homemade Granola & simply perfect yogurt sauce. The homemade entree varies each morning to include eggs, potato or rice, meat and bread. To help round out the meal, a tasty dessert will be served.. Upon request a lively guided tour of the Twin Mansions follows.
- Garden Herb Frittata with wild rice casserole: our frittata consists of vegetables, eggs, five cheeses, sour cream and fresh herbs folded together and baked in the oven. Wild Rice Casserole is filled with sour cream, Monterey jack cheese, sliced water chestnuts baked then topped with buttered & toasted sliced almonds. Word is that our Wild Rice Casserole is what you take to a “carry in” when you want to bring home an empty dish!
- French Toast: thick slices of French bread are dusted generously with allspice & cinnamon, soaked overnight in a rich egg & cream custard, next morning griddled then baked to a soufflé like “French Toast football.” We serve with hot mixed berry sauce, real maple syrup and real butter. Scrambled eggs on the side.
- Portabella mushrooms filled with eggs scrambled with red & yellow peppers, green onioins & spinach, topped wtih our homemade Cheddar cheese sauce the broiled. Served with red potatoes browned in an iron skillet with butter. Rolls & butter.
- Omelets filled with our artichoke, parmesan & spinach dip. Warm pita wedges, Grilled mushrooms & a colorful variety of vegetable straws accompany.

Each entrée is served with salad of mixed baby greens, vegetables, bread & butter, beverages & homemade dessert. Some highly agreeable entrée suggestions:
- Rosemary Garlic Pork Roast, juicy & tender offering a variety of our homemade sauces and Old Fort Barbeque Sauce made right here in Fort Scott, baked sweet potato loaded with butter, steamed broccoli spears and buttered baby carrots.
- Grilled chicken tenders or Shrimp & Scallops enveloped in our rich homemade, lemon & garlic Alfredo sauce on a nest of angel hair pasta, steamed broccoli florets, buttered baby carrots.
- Roast Cornish Game Hen stuffed with aromatic vegetables then roasted to perfection served with our homemade wild rice casserole filled with sour cream, water chestnuts and cheeses topped with toasted almonds, steamed carrots and fresh green beans.
- Roast Beef slow-cooked to fork-tender with rich brown gravy, red potatoes mashed with cream & butter, steamed baby carrots and green beans.
- Just like Grandma used to make – hearty, stick-to-your-ribs fare! A genuine Frontier Supper!
- Fresh Salmon sizzled on the grille then topped with a pecan crust accompanied by homemade Mango Salsa and our garlic & cheese Polenta, steamed vegetables.
- Lemon Honey Pork Tenderloin grilled outside with fresh garlic cut into medallions, served with old-fashioned scalloped potatoes and fresh green beans on a bed of carrot straws.
- Chicken Salad This timeless classic begins with a tasty appetizer. Old fashioned glass hens hold tender chunks of grilled chicken tenders, celery, grapes, red peppers, scallions, & water chestnuts folded into a cream cheese & mayonnaise sauce, garnished with toasted almonds, basil & bacon, served with a bouquet of fresh fruit, a cup of homemade soup.
- Steak dinner $44.95 plus tax and gratuity (not available as buffet) 3 courses. Choose a ribeye, KC strip or bacon-wrapped filet aged & hand-cut here at the Mansion presented with grilled vegetable kabobs, roasted salt potatoes, beverage and dessert.
